By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Products & Orders

All candles are handmade and produced in Israel. Product images are for illustration purposes and minor differences may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary. Prices may be updated from time to time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

All displayed prices include applicable taxes.

Payment

We accept credit cards, Bit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping

We currently ship within Israel.

Orders are normally prepared and delivered within 3–5 business days.

Shipping is free for orders of ₪159 or more.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the package at the delivery address or attempt to contact the customer.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

Cancellation & Returns

In accordance with applicable Israeli consumer protection law, customers may cancel an eligible online purchase within the applicable 14-day cancellation period.

Where applicable by law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be deducted.

Where cancellation is due to a defect, discrepancy, or failure to provide the product as agreed, the applicable legal rights will apply.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable Israeli law.

Candle Safety

Candles must be used responsibly and according to the safety instructions provided with the product. Do not use candles in an improper or unsafe manner.

Reviews & Customer Content

By submitting a review, photograph, video or other content to us, you allow us to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes. We may provide customers with a discount code in connection with submitted content.
